Your Heart! 

 Your heart is a vital organ.  You cannot live without our heart.  The heart is just a pump, complex but yet just a pump.  As with all other pumps it can become clogged, break down and need repair.  Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States.  Americans die of heart disease each day but there is also another heart disease that kills slowly a broken heavy heart. 

In our life we have encountered ups and downs, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, name calling, depressions, sadness, helplessness, stresses,  and all these attacks keep us bitter, full of wrath, angry, crying, hopeless, hatred and this is where the enemy wants us, down in the dumps feeling like scum for long periods of time.  We are not trash!  The Word of God says in  John 10:10  "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."  God doesn't want you or me to live life depressed or broken.  He wants us to have the fullness of life and to display the fruit of the spirit,  Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. 

God is our ultimate healer and He doesn't want us to have any type of heart disease.  He wants ALL people to come to know Him so that He can heal our diseased heart.  Matthew 4:24 News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and he healed them.

James 5:16Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

But to look like this: Healthy, colorful and strong!
